Privacy policy

How your information is handled when you contact me. Last updated 5 October 2026.

Who is responsible for your data

This website is operated by Ieda Garekyaragh (ieda.health). I am the data controller for any personal information you submit here. You can reach me at hello@ieda.health.

What I collect

If you complete the contact form, I collect your first and last name, your email address, your phone number if you choose to give it, the type of enquiry you select, and whatever you write in your message.

The enquiry type may indicate a treatment you are interested in. Under UK GDPR, information concerning your health is special category data, and I treat it as such. I ask for your explicit consent before you submit the form for exactly this reason.

Why I collect it, and on what basis

  • To respond to your enquiry and arrange a consultation — on the basis of your consent.
  • To keep a record of what was discussed, where you go on to become a client.
  • Nothing you submit is used for marketing unless you separately ask to hear from me.

Who else sees it

Form submissions are delivered by email through Formspree, which acts as a processor on my behalf. This website is hosted by Vercel. Neither is given permission to use your information for their own purposes. Your details are never sold, and never shared with third parties for marketing.

How long it is kept

Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted within 12 months. Where you become a client, clinical records are retained for the period required by professional standards for healthcare records, and kept securely.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of the information I hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how it is used, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email me and I will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how I have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies and runs no third-party analytics. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google to retrieve them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version will be published here with an updated date.
